In just six days, we are taking a significant step forward. We are thrilled to announce our first Token Lock Event, a strategic move designed to fortify our liquidity, attract new allies to our cause, and push us closer to a major milestone: becoming a Wholecoin Bitcoin treasury.

The Event: Anchoring Liquidity

On December 6th at 5 PM UTC, we will initiate a restructuring of our liquidity provisions to better align with our long-term goals of stability and security.

1. Migrating to Uniswap V2 We will be launching a new liquidity pool on Uniswap V2 paired against WETH. While Uniswap V3 offers concentrated liquidity features, our analysis shows that these are features we simply do not utilize for our treasury model. We prefer the proven, battle-tested stability and security of V2. It is robust, simple, and perfectly suited for a project focused on long-term holding rather than short-term trading efficiency.

2. The Liquidity Boost This new pool will be seeded with a total of 0.16 cbBTC in WETH equivalent.

• Initial Seed: The pool will be created with 0.06 cbBTC in liquidity.

• The Boost: We are injecting an additional 0.1 cbBTC worth of liquidity to "boost" the pool. This deepens our market depth significantly, making the token more attractive to new holders and reducing slippage for larger entries.

3. The Lock Security is paramount. To demonstrate our commitment, the LP tokens for this new pool will be locked on the UNCX locker for 21 days. This lock ensures stability during this critical growth phase and signals our long-term intent to the market.

The Goal: The Road to Wholecoin Status

This event is not just about technical migrations; it is about growth and strategic preparation. By boosting our cbBTC holdings effectively from 0.16 to 0.2 cbBTC, we are rapidly approaching the status of a "Wholecoin" Bitcoin treasury. Achieving this milestone would mean that since August 12th—when we initially acquired 0.1 cbBTC during our original treasury launch—we will have successfully doubled the amount of Bitcoin in our treasury. This is the power of the "accumulation revolution" in action.

A Strategic Precursor Importantly, this event serves as a vital rehearsal prior to our ultimate evolution at the end of December. We are currently paving the way to migrate our liquidity to a direct cbBTC liquidity pool, moving away from WETH pairs entirely to fully align our liquidity with our treasury asset. Today's lock is the preparatory step ensuring we are ready for that final shift. Full details on the end-of-December migration will be announced soon.

Supply Allocation: 50% Secured

We are proud to confirm that we have secured 50% of the total supply for this Token Lock Event, totaling 5,000,000 $HOCAI tokens. This massive allocation ensures that the new liquidity pool is deep and robust from day one.

The remaining 50% of the supply is currently held by our dedicated community, having been distributed among original holders since our original launch on April 14th, 2024. This balance between new locked liquidity and existing distribution creates a healthy ecosystem where new entrants can join confidently while long-term believers are supported by a stronger market structure.

Marketing & Community

To ensure this event reaches the widest possible audience, we are launching a targeted marketing campaign on Dexscreener. Our goal is to introduce HOCAI to new potential holders who are looking for a transparent, on-chain way to gain leveraged exposure to Bitcoin.
